Order Processing Time

  • All customized and made-to-order outfits are crafted with detailed handwork and premium fabrics.

  • Processing time for customized orders is usually 15–30 working days, depending on design complexity.

  • Ready-to-ship outfits are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Order processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship across India and internationally.

  • International delivery timelines may vary based on destination country and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order weight and size

    • Shipping method selected

  • Any applicable custom duties, import taxes, or local charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–15 working days after dispatch
    (Delivery time may vary due to courier service, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

    • Customs clearance

    • Courier service issues

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

  • Any claims after this period may not be accepted.
